Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a made-to-measure, pre-order or as a deposit and instalment payment options. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Pre-orders, made-to-measure orders, and deposit payment options
When you purchase a pre-order or a made-to-measure order, you are buying a soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory, or one that is being made according to your custom measurements.

We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.

Made-to-measure orders cannot be cancelled or returned.

You can cancel a partially paid order or a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order. Upcoming payments are cancelled if, and only after the product is returned according to our return policy.
