Refund policy
At Tia Dorraine, we respect your opinion and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. That is why we offer free-of-charge returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note that the items you are returning must be brand new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unmarked, and undamaged in any way, in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached; as well as if the items are defective.
Please, email hello@tiadoraine.com with your return request by quoting your order number. We will reply within 24 hours and send you a return label or organise a collection of the parcel from your address.
Once your return is received, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original source of payment, within 24 hours of approval. Please, allow an additional 5 working days for the funds to reach your account depending on your payment method.
